Hi
Happy new year
I listened to VOA 8 completely, I saw lesson 17 of Mr. Coach, I studied one part of the first part of lesson two in level two and I studied grammar on general page ( conditional part ) and I didn’t understand two sentences of its examples : ( Food prices have gone up so much, if hadn’t been a flood ) I think if clause should be positive here , am I right??
( If he had taken notes , he wouldn’t have minded sharing them) I don’t understand it at all
Would you mind please answer my questions?
