I listen to 8 VOA files and studied some parts of lesson 1 on site and watched 3 parts of LOST series too in this 2 days.
I don’t understand VOA good yet, some words and a little sentences are recognizable only.
In Lost series I understand more sentences but I need to study opd yet for more words or another offer from you for solving this problem?
I can’t send my voice files for you here, yes? I must send them for your ID in telegram?

if you can understand about 70% of VOA, it’s very good
but for improving your listening, you need to listen to 15 files of VOA when they finish, get rest for a week then try to listen to them again
