گزارش دوم – مجتبی – 10 مرداد

Hi Dear instructor.

Today I studied lesson 2 and a few pages of OPD.

At about 7 PM after a 12- hour daily work I arrived home and after a 1-hour break I went to gym.

At gym I started with cycling on a stationary bike as long as 20 minutes burning 250 Cals. Then I did some stretching exercises. After I was warmed up enough I lifted some weights finally I cooled down and after changing got back home.

I think it’s very useful and also important to have a healthy and well-shaped body.

I hope all the people try to work out every day even for 15 minutes a day.
