As busy as a bee
To be very busy or very active; to be moving about quickly doing many things; very active and energetic; in a purposeful and pleasant way, hard working.

یک سر و هزار سودا داشتن، وقت (فرصت) سر خاراندن نداشتن، خیلی درگیر بودن، سر کسی حسابی شلوغ بودن، دست کسی خیلی بند بودن، پاک گرفتار بودن، بدوبدو کردن.
